WHO WE ARE
Decipher is a late-night, semi-hardcore raiding guild that's been raiding together since TBC. We recently moved servers to Proudmoore-US.
We are an experienced group of players, many of which who have been part of competitive raiding guilds and server-1sts. Our goal is to push progression on current raid content while developing a close group of friends that will grow as a team throughout raid tiers to come. While raiding is our focus, we are constantly looking for opportunities to expand our expertise and our ventures as a community.

Commitment - Towards your own ability to master your class and spec; to the guild and community we're building together; and to our progression.
Reliability & Consistency - We expect you to show up on time and be prepared for raid. 90% raid attendance is required. We understand that real-life happens and expect our raiders to let us know at least 48-hours in advance, if they can't make a raid.
Respect & Accountability - Understand that we want to down bosses and have fun doing it. This isn't possible if we don't own up to our own mistakes and fix them as soon as possible. Mistakes are tolerated, but if they're not fixed quickly, you will be benched until you improve. In this way, we can ensure that we respect all of our raiders' time and efforts.

Our raid group pushes progression content on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every week. We're focused on engaging content with intensity and as a result, there are certain expectations we have for our core raiders. We'd like a minimum item level of 405 and Heart of Azeroth level of 45. Personal mechanics and awareness is a must. We hope to push ourselves to obtain the highest Mythic Raid boss we can each tier.
That being said, we always want to create a positive and enjoyable experience for raiders to come in and down new bosses with close friends, and are always working on improving as a team.
